THE SRPIT STORY:

In 2005, the two SRPIT Directors, Andre Fourie and Simon Poynton (pictured) recognised a huge gap in the local computer support market for SME's. The industry was dominated by computer stores with in house IT teams which simply did not understand SME's requirements. This was a cause of frustration and inefficiency for the SME's who needed promt support.

With over 10 years experience in the industry, Andre and Simon had a fresh approach and no nonsense attitude towards getting the job done. They formed SRPIT with one simple focus: Seamless, Reliable, Proactive. These three attributes still form the foundation of SRPIT today.

By December 2005, the first clients were on board. With a strong focus on client needs SRPIT took ownership for their clients networks. Any problems became their problems right up until it was resolved. With Simon meeting local businesses and Andre troubleshooting and setting up better IT systems for the clients, it soon became apparent that their recipe of listening to clients concerns and focusing on service was warmly welcomed.

As the SRPIT reputation for quality and timely service grew, more and more clients saw the benefit of using a service provider who understands their needs and could provide the necessary technology to make this all a reality. By the end of 2007, SRPIT was servicing fifty local businesses and required a larger support team. From its humble beginnings in 2005, SRPIT has grown to be a leading provider of IT Support in the south east of Melbourne.
